Est. 1977Valley Armature & Electric, Co., Inc. was founded in 1977 by Bobby H. Etchison, K.L. "Larry" Lewis, Kenneth Taylor, and Jack Morris as an industrial electric motor repair, service, and sales company. Larry Lewis became the sole owner in 1998. In 2003, Valley Armature moved to its new and current home in Edinburg, Texas. Valley Armature TodaySince then, Larry's two sons Kris Lewis and Kasey Lewis took over operations at Valley Armature, and have worked hard to modernize the equipment and practices used today. Teamed with dependable and highly qualified mechanics, technicians, and helpers, Valley Armature ensures top quality service - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The ShopValley Armature is a 20,000 sq.ft. facility, and sits on 5 acres along the southbound frontage road of Expressway 281 and Chapin in Edinburg, Texas, complete with a Fabrication Department, Winding Department, Machine Shop, Mechanics Benches, and Welding and Clean-up Departments.
